2 bit adder not working!

    Ive been trying to make this 2 bit adder work since forever, whatever i do, it doesnt work. I think its got to the point where i have 4 or 5 unpublished levels with nonworking adders. Please someone tell me what is wrong with it. I’ve done everything i can but it doesnt work.
