Melts with water, and unhealthy.
Turns to Burnt Sugar at 200°C.
Melted Sugar (Sugar Water)
Evaporates to Burnt Sugar at 200°C.
Water evaporates at 100°C, and turns into Melted Sugar.

What unique things would sugar do? We already have salt which can dissolve in water. Neither sugar nor burnt sugar have any really new traits that can't be replicated already.
Maybe come up with some useful interactions with other elements, like PLNT, FIRE, etc. to get people more interested?

Maybe it could be used to make COAL and WATR by heating it. Because heating suger dcomposes it.
