Add a less than mode to sensors

It would be very useful if a less than mode could be added to LSNS, TSNS, and PSNS.
So for example you could set the TMP1 of TSNS to 1 and it would change its behavior to "less than mode" (Like how FILT modes are changed with TMP1) and it would then output sparks whenever it detects something nearby with a temperature lower than itself.

Having both a greater than and less than mode would allow you to construct a pseudo-comparison mode (=) using two detectors and an AND gate, which would in turn allow for the construction of sensor systems with higher granularity and range all while using less detectors.

tmp2 is used for the sensor range. tmp could be used instead

Yeah I was just testing that, the wiki confusingly says that plain tmp is used for range.
