How to make RINE?

    I made a wall box with glow,distilled water isoz diesel oil and @_@,burned it on plasma and i freezed it using cold and in the upper part of the wall box(inside) RINE appeared!

    rime creates when you freezes WTRV too fast

    If you're talking about RIME (I don't think there's a TPT element called RINE), spawn steam then cool it very quickly.
    You may get some ice as well if you didn't cool it quick enough.

    Your experiment worked because the plasma heated the distilled water into steam, then you cooled it quick enough.

    You can spark it through a metal to make "FOG" too, which is nice.
