Let's see how to get DEUT in 0K: 1. Get many warm DEUT 2.Cool it
If you can get it fast and cool it fast, you distill it fast.

Part.1 Get DEUT fast
Use CLNE is the fastest way at present, but how to use them is also an art.


I do this experiments many times. All the containers are made by COPY tool, them are all the same. Pause, clear all existed DEUT, unpause. This way, the comparison is reliable and precise.


I did this 3 times, some of they are similar, but design 5 is a bit faster. So, we use design 5


Part.2 Cool DEUT fast
Before 44.6 we can only use sub-zero fire+CLNE, but with LIFE, we have a epic cooler. How to place them is also a key point.
I used GoL and 2x2 life here, GoL for it's simple, 2x2 for its smallest STILL LIFE form (check life wiki)

Same configuration, same temperature, pause to got rid of all the existed DEUT, unpause to start. The only variable is the cooler design. Reliable experiment.



design 2 and 4 are both ok, I can't tell the difference as the precision of the experiment is not enough. I choose GoL, because it's pretty
Btw, design 4 have 48 pixel of life (aka cooler source) in the given room while design 2 have only 36


Part.3 Practice
The Ex-fastest distiller I've seen is Catelite's, let's compare with her work :P


Wow, much smaller but have the same amount of CLNE(ie. DEUT resource)
See? Smaller but faster with the same amount of CLNE, in another word, it's ont only fast but also have higher efficiency



Room in, well, due to the irregular bottom, the comparison might be not objective enough :P

How to use the save:

1.download the stm file
2. put it in yor "Powder44.6\stamps" folder
3.open stamps.def with any text editor, for example notepad.exe
4.add the file name(without .stm) to the last line.

For example:
1.you downloaded FastDEUTDistiller.stm
2.open your stamps.def you see something like
