RIME element, WTH is that? Whats the use of that?

yeah, try this...
1. create a wall box.
2. Inside the wall box create a bit of water.
3. use HEAT on the water and transform all of it into steam.
4. resize to a high size the brush
5. use COOL on the steam
6. notice than some white particles get stucked on the same place, it doesnt move. see its description and it says RIME
whats the use of that? -
