By changing the cytpe of an object, it has the elemental properties of it, but not its physical properties. You may argue that it does, but that's npt my idea.
In the console, a new command, stype, changes the classification of only a liquid. The only choices you have are liquid, gas, and solid. By changing the stype of water to solid, the water, still a liquid, acts as if it's a solid and stays in place. If its stype is changed to gas, the water disperses in many areas. Right and left, and up and down. Just floats around the game endlessly as if it's a gas, but has the same properties as water.
Should work for all liquids and only liquids.
