PLNT and WOOD improvement (?)

    Tell me please if this would break saves. I don't think it would much, but anyways...
    Why elements with PROP_DEADLY/PROP_RADIOACTIVE wouldn't destroy PLNT and WOOD?
    I know, "any change will break saves", but tell me, who really uses PLNT/WOOD holding radioactives?
    Alternatively, there would be something like PROP_BIOCIDE or else, what would do what I said, and then something with that property, but I really think the first idea is better.

    i do like the PROP_BIOCIDE idea but i think it should just change wood and plnt into something like DPNT or DWOD

    Eh, you gotta figure that every property you add is just gonna slow the game down more and more, and for what reason

    It isn't a thing that would make the game the best sim ever (mostly because it is now XD), but I would like to see that. Look, I'm reading a book about C, I'll try to compile TPT and if everything will be OK, I'll send a pull request about that.
