I think it is not very useful. Actually we have values like tmp and tmp2, and as you saw, there aren't any values like tmp3, tmp19, even tmp666... You can use them, and everything will be OK. You can make a mod with customized elements, tell jacob1 to make this into his mod, make an extremely complex lua script or yeah,, in your mod you can make cctype and clife but I don't pressume it would be easy to do... This is my opinion, don't blame me jacob, I'm glad you didn't posted something like "MAKe CCtypez cUZ iT W0OLD BEe AwYZuMM!!!!!!!!!1!1!1!1!1!!!!!1!!!".

@TheCreator015. You are obviously very excited. Thats really cool however.....
1. Just forget adding new properties (tmp3+, clife, ctemp) your talking about a major rewrite
2. The title of this thread is misleading. You're not asking for PROP changes. PROP is a tool for setting properties. You're asking for element changes.
3. Everything you suggest for CRAY can be done with DRAY, that is why it was invented.
4. What does ICE sculptures have to do with a laser creating itself from ice. this whole line makes no sense.
5. Actually CRAY makes things the same temp as it is. so you can already do that by setting CRAY temp to whatever you want the element to be.
6. Your whole thing about gold ending in #YEAHPHILOSOPHICALSTONEFOUND. Seriously WTF are you trying to say.

Humph... Lua? Do you even know what Lua is?
Lua is not the progrmming language of Powder Toy, it's an additional API, if you want to do it you should know C, and even if you do it (which would be extremely difficult BTW) nobody would try it, cause it just isn't needed. And, humph, JS?Don't list random languages here like JS, Python or assembler. Everyone can say "I will do it in HTML, Java and other languages I dont knoff ewryone will blame me but u only live once yoo". Sorry nukers - nope. -
Not sure if this counts as a necro or not, forgive me if so.
IMHO you should not go into the TPT source as a beginner of C(++), perhaps look through it but don't bother trying to change anything until you have a full understanding of C (ofc tpt is now written in C++ but it is still written rather like a C program, only a few things from C++ are used really).

You're getting nearer. But still, Lua mods can't do such things. It's obvious that it can only be done by C/C++. And I still don't know what the ---- you thought writing about JS.
