-Blocks NEUT and PROT.
-If 1000 NEUT touches it, it will explode in NEUT.
L3AD.
-Like LEAD, but blocks only NEUT.
-Can be transmutated in GOLD by using GRVT on it.
-When at 328°C, generates NEUT.

lead should block ALL INWR-CRAY(SPRK) transmission. it should catch every spark tht hits it in 1 frame.
So, if I had a INWR-CRAY(SPRK) with tmp 10 and there were only 2 pixels of conductor betweem the CRAY and the LEAD, the LEAD would catch all 8 surpluss SPRK's
It would effectively be a ground plane. I could make great use of this.
This is cool idea. Also, LEAD is very heavy, so liquid LEAD should goes down in most of the liquids instead of Mercury
Also, if LEAD absorbed too much NEUT it should change into heavy isotope or something radioactive and slowly generates NEUT.
