U238 - Uranium that decays

This element would be very similar to URAN, except that it would not be an infinite heat source. Instead, it would have a life value that slowly degrades as it emits heat. Once the life value hits 0, it would no longer emit heat. Also, if it is near a plutonium that decays into a neutron, it's life value would increase.

I had an unfinished mod with isotopes and some isotopes of uranium would decay... but now it's outdated and I'm probably never going to finish

I also coded Uranium 238, but it isnt exactly a source of heat, more like it just decays to thorium or it can absorb neutrons and turn into plutonium.
