I've been thinking about a new Idea. An idea so far out of the realms of possibility that I thought, why not give it a shot.
3-dimensional powder toy. Yes, likely impossible, but people can dream. Anyway, I don't think I have to explain what this would do for the particles and the mouse thingy. What you use to estimate the size of whatever you need, goes from cirle to square to triangle. I forget what it is.
A 3-d podwer toy would make them a cube, sphere, and triangular prism.
Particles would not just fall and move two separte ways, but fall and move in near infinite ways. People can actually make spacecraft, bunkers, and houses and cities. It'd be time consuming to do, but just imagine the prospect of moving a stickman through a 3-dimensional realm. Bombs, the "realistic" ones that people make would be realistic. The lightning storm maps and flood maps would be spectacular.
That aside, bomb test arenas would probably be impossible to create. Fish tanks would be insane. When people make life particles into fish, just imagine the more dimensional movements liife would undoubtedly have. On that note, tron would also be great to watch. make a 3-d maze and watch how long it takes to reach the end. A rube goldberg machine is what tpt has, but 3-d? Damn.
Honestly, a 3-d tpt would allow myself to make a lego world.
One day when computers could do that much. we would need a ton of processing power and ram and all that conputer stuff for that to work, maybe in the future and oneday where supercomputers are avalible for everyone. im already lagging really bad with a 2d one and a really small screen. perhaps one day it will happen.
You could use the mouse wheel, but that would still present a problem for people who don't have mouse wheels.
Or you could take the arrow keys or something else to move the camera around.
Take for example minecrafts mcedit you could do something like that to move around the camera and cursor
Realistically, you can add in a mouse feature to the game so you don't accidentally click down an element. The mouse feature will allow you to click anywhere on the game without clicking on an element.
By clicking somewhere, you can drag your mouse up to look at the bottom of your build. Drag it down to lookk at the top. Drag it left to look right, and vice versa.
what about using gpu? good for parallel processing.
@dodo_hacker (View Post) Don't even get us started about particle syncing and all that sh*t.
