Darn it all my old bunkers abuse everything. 

Maybe this will break a few rules but her it is: 1943198

• I did use VIBR, but its life was 0.
• I did use volume exploit, but mine was using DEUT, which was explosive anyway.
• I also sorta used MERC exploit, but did not directly place any MERC down.
• Dunno if BCLN counts as cheating, but anyways
• My bunker uses WALLs to prevent all the BIZG and stuff from leaking, but I could replace it with other stuff if required
• Anyways, if your bomb can't get through the WAX at the start, there might be something shifty in the settings... haha

• No SPRK life abuse (Max 128)
• No VIBR life abuse (Max 128)
  
• No GPMP, PUMP, or any altering devices
• No Indestructables
• No MERC tmp abuse
• No QRTZ tmp abuse
• The bunker must have a space where the bomb is detonated
• No Walls to support your bunker
• The bunker must be self-sustaining
• No sealing the bunker
