PTRL - Petrol

PTRL would function similarly to OIL, except that a single particle of PTRL would evaporate into multiple particles of GAS (PTRL ctype, so it doesnt turn back into OIL under high pressure), causing the PTRL to last much longer than OIL in TPT engines which convert it. The amount of GAS produced per particle of PTRL could be specified with the life property of the PTRL. This would allow for very high capacities without lag, or using SPNG and CONV, or other such methods.
