To solve this: https://powdertoy.co.uk/Discussions/Thread/View.html?Thread=20302 problem, there should be a new element, PGMN (P-type Germanium) Germanium is also used in semiconductors, like Silicon.

PGMN acts the same as PSCN, except it doesn't conduct to or from PSCN. It also interacts with powered materials differently. When powered material (that can be turned on by PSCN and off by NSCN) is next to PGMN, it will turn on when PGMN is sparked, and off when PGMN exits it cooldown period after being sparked. (when PGMN's life is 0)

    P-type Germanium.

    This is a good idea.

So it needs to keep recieving spark to keep powered materials activated? That sounds like a good idea.

So if PGMN at life 0 turns off powered materials doesnt that means that there cant be active powered materials near it if not sparked?

It only turns them off when it goes from 1 to 0. (good question though)

Hmm... This would be pretty useful!

Something that changes the delay between it activating and deactivating something would be useful. tmp could be the delay before it deactivates something, default is 8.
