New Wall Element Idea

When trying to make a water heater from saltwater, I thought of an idea that would be under the WALLS category and it allows HEAT/COOL through it such as temperature from PLSM or LN2 etc. that can heat up elements on either side but still blocks all particles - including energy particles - so it can heat elements while not including the chosen heater/cooler into the mix.

The air wall can do that if you use ambient heat.

    Really?! Thanks!

Yeah the air walls allow ambient heat through which can be used to conduct heat. Personally, I usually use filt for transfering heat. Also, remember that INSL is a lot more useful when ambient heat is on.

Or you could use DMND, which blocks all energy particles, is indestructable and conducts heat.

FILT, or PVOD work faster for transfer of heat as long as you dont need it to be indestructable.

@ChargedCreeper (View Post) FILT would die under the pressure generated probably. Heat switch works too, when you power it on with PSCN.

FILT can not be destroyed by heat, or pressure. What can is ACID, CAUS, BOMB, DEST, SING, AMTR, VIRS.

Oh it appears you are right. I think it did though in an older version.
