NTP (Non Thermal Plasma) would basically be PLSM, but cooler (closer to room temp). It would be a gas that can kill virus (in reference to real-world NTP killing microbials), and possibly other uses.

non thermal plasma would basically be like a LASER. which would be considered light. PHOT is what we use for light. There is a way to cool PHOT. perhaps We could add lethal properties to it as far as virus goes.

you can also cool PLSM with the COOL tool... if it's too short-lived, you can do
