Default to save/load locally if offline

    I think it'd be nice if TPT defaulted to using local saves if you are either not online, or are logged out (instead of having to hold ctrl to use offline saves)

    Hmm..that is probably a minor change that can bring a huge improvement,especially to new users of the game.

    This would result in a lot of "Where did my save go?" questions, you would have to make sure that you make it easier to find locally saved saves.

    I would like to think my implementation solves that pretty eloquently. People do have to read tooltips for that though...
