I know you have known this for some time, but the user "cortor" is creating about a hundred different aliases.
Here is some evidence: (unedited)

moderators are the lords of this website.
if i ever become a moderator i will ban super mario ,simon wikku9 etc
so they better watch out.

1) Get his IP from the logs and identify whether he is using a proxy, if not we can identify who he actually is.
2) If that fails look back on past confrontations with the people he wants banned and try to find a correspondance.
3) Get a fingerprint of his typing style and identify posts made from aliases.
4) Identify links between the names and the person. -
