Very much like the Owen piettes wxSand (which no longer is good due to the wiki which holds all good mods now doesn't work), is there a mod/an upcoming mod that allows you to make a human and give him disease/torture him
Not really. You get to be the first one, the pioneer, the seeker of the unknown, the giant whose shoulders future generations will stand upon! Take up your spade! Make a mod!
A lot of content in TPT came straight out of my wxSand mods, which cracker64 coded into this game actually. The wavy colors wxSand permitted via temperature were the inspiration for Heat Gradient display, among other things.
