only first page updates

    Why only FP updates, and other pages of "by votes" are always same? Is it bug, or is it meant to do that?

     It's meant to do that. The front page can't be purely by votes because then only certain saves would stay on there forever. So we simply move the front page by votes back and made a better system to refresh through saves.

     Basically, The other by votes pages are the saves with the most votes in history. The FP is a system that puts saves on it that get a decent amount of votes in a small time and continue to get votes, staying on FP for up to a week.
