For the community, especially ones who desires to only find online wiki guides In-game, this is an idea that involves for players who wants to know something they don't know while making something in a simulation. Easier and more beneficial that cuts frustration and lag from seperate tasks at the same time from each windows also. The idea beneficially can solve issues like freesing from browsers depending how bad is their PCs CPU (for example), players who are in full screen and wants to know how to do something while playing, and etc. Simply it'll become a little shortcut or a button in-game named "Idea help" or the page symbol with a question mark in it that just press, and opens a portable movable window Gui in-game while creating something in the saves without leaving without more hassle. All texts and forums quickly imports into the window gui and surf online for help forums.. which it's about it, and can comment on threads in the gui as well. If you find this approving, feel free to comment with some additional critique.

You still need to load and render the web page in question, and that can't happen without even a rudimentary HTML parser and renderer. Aside that, I would prefer a larger viewport for websites that can use the large space given to them. And as HTML is so broken and such a tag soup overall then trying to make sense of it and even render it is a chore in itself.

What if you just parsed the info and headers and such, and imported the data onto a TPT -inside window? No need to render the actual webpage or any HTML.

@boxmein (View Post) Well, the developers knows what to modify problems, they just simply add rendering and other scripts to make this work. the Gui window will connect the link of the main forum page projected into the Gui window, and surf pages or find tutorials inside the gui without lagging to death waiting for a page to load for certain people in the web browser.

..However, Jenn was right anyhow, TPT would do that in a way to surf help in the Gui instead of loading the entire page.

    lol
you won't _improve_ speeds by surfing inside the game, at the very least it'll be far slower than even the most complex webpage as rendered by Blink/Webkit.

The Wiki would need to be converted to full JSON for the game to be able to stream it. Still would be slow and would require tons more formatting.
