It doesn't.
Basically pressure is arbitrary for all we can tell. I can ask Skylark next time he's around.

It is just represented in numbers. There is no actual measurement for it.

it isn't an accurate simulation, therefore using real world units would be silly. the current air sim is way more viscous than real air.
