    I apologise for this, Ms. @Catelite and mods, perhaps for bringing up an old debate, though the original thread is almost 3 years old already, so I thought that it might useful to bring up the magnetism suggestion again.

     

    Instead of the original pressure idea, perhaps you could use the code behind newtonian gravity to create magnetism. 

     

    Magnets would repel all energy particles, depending on temperature, and can be activated/deactived by SPRK via PSCN and NSCN respectively. They would also attract BMTL, and BREL. I suggest this as it might lead to better lasers and more interesting engines.

    Seriously. Use GPMP for that stuff. It would be senseless to have another GPMP with the only change being that it only attracts/repels metal particles.
