GRVI - Graviton

    The Graviton particle (GRVI):

    Category:

    -Radioactive

    Created by:

    -4th nuclear reaction stage (OXYG + >20 gravity + >250 pressure + >9700°C -> BRMT + GRVI + NEUT + PHOT + PLSM

    -Drawing the element (duh)

    Upon creation:

-Moves around the same way as PROT (same spread, moves through everything except DMND, VIBR etc.)

    -Temp: 22°C

    -Life: 680

-Tmp: 7 (when user-edited, it ranges from -256 to 256.)

    On existence:

-Constantly emits a gravitational field equal to it's tmp value.

-Is affected by gravity like any other energy particle

-Life: -1 each frame, when life = 0, creates a short negative gravity burst equal to it's tmp value.

    Other:

-A mobile gravity source, which I find missing in the Powder Toy.

-In space simulations, it will aid the simulation of moving stars, planets, meteorites and nebulas.

-You could make the weirdest bombs with it.

-It fits in the 4th nuclear reaction stage.

-It would be extremely fun to play with, seen it's properties.

Now, what do you think about it?

I don't like it being created when PROT and GPMP interact - GPMP is a powered-ish element like let's say WIFI and PROT could be used to set its heat specifically.

True, I didn't think of that. I'm removing it now.

Does this element emit a gravitational field as it travels?

Yes, it does. I've added it in the description now.

The fact is the graviton doesnt 'emit' a gravitational field. It is just the carrier of it ... but I like the idea. Cool and kinda useful I guess!

I like this suggestion, it adds some cooler stuff to this energy type. One question before I'll add it to my mod: Do you mean that the tmp and tmp2 values are set by random on the creation, or only set by the user?

Now that I look at it, the tmp2 value is quite unnecessary, tmp only will do fine. What I meant was that the tmp value is always 1 when a GRVI is created, but it can be set to anything between -256 and 256 by the user.

Should it burst with double the gravity defined by tmp then?

THIS. This idea is wonderful. The idea by itself is useful, and it would be a way to complete OXYG fusion, which has IMHO been "lacking" ever since everyone complained and had the SING production ripped from it. GIGATeun, this is an awesome idea and I am going to fight tooth and nail for it's realization.

    BoredInSchool Approves.

EDIT: I would suggest that maybe the movement behavior be tweaked abit. Maybe gravitons could be attracted to other particles or to gravitational fields. That way we could have mobile "black holes" form whenever a large enough quantity of gravitons interact with regular matter(or fall into a pre-existing gravity well).
