You forgot the most important thing in your post, "uses".

These are just not that fun to have. A new element must be: 

• unique
• useful
• fun to have
• not suggested before
• well-described

The developers add forum elements very rarely, and even then it sometimes takes years for them to be implemented (example: PROT). None of these elements  have special, useful or fun properties that cannot be recreated using exising elements, so I doubt this will recieve much attention.
