Dirt is not an element, dirt is a mixture of all sorts of stuff.
Also, this has been suggested thousands of times.
There are no uses you gave us, we cant make your dirt.
You did not give any basic properties of dirt.Do that, and you might have a bigger chance(0.1% instead of 0.01%) to get it in TPT.
