WWLD in the bottom will not conduct until something created.

This is a particle order thing. You may use it for a particle detector like this:

Detector do not allow sparks inside it, so do not try. Expect any bugs made by it.

something created = a increase in the particle order of the particle being created later = a increase in the particle order of PSCN which always gets sparked, deleted by detector, then created by clone = WWLD can detect spark from PSCN = conducts
