Tutorial for beginners?

I have noticed that if you, an experienced user, put yourself in the position of someone who just found out about the powder toy, you would noticed that it is pretty hard to know what to do with certain elements and what other elements do. I know that there is a wiki, but still, if someone were to try to read the whole entire wiki, It would just take too long.

My Idea is some kind of tutorial for those new to the powder toy. Something besides those few words that show up on the screen the first ten seconds that you open up the game. I think this would greatly help the understanding of beginners.

I know that because I had this idea, I should elaborate some more about the programming and lua and all that stuff, but the truth is, I don't really know much about it. That is why I am putting this up as a new thread so that someone who does know about that stuff can maybe suggest stuff with other people who know.

Our club AEC is created in the hope that beginners will learn advanced electronics and make saves like @arK.

This is the shortest, easiest to understand, and easiest to perform turtorial:

Try to learn things by yourself.

    A few more explanation:

1.Find all the elements on the powder toy bar.

2.Read the description, and try to use it without the wiki.

3.Go to the wiki for examples.

4.Look at several saves that you think it is really hard to make. Then try to find how they works. (What happens when you sparked a button? dropped some water? A tip: Use F to see every frame the game goes)

5.Think about they yourself and try to remake one with the same uses.

    6.Make your own awesome saves.

When I first discovered the powdertoy, I played with all the elements, you know, curiosity..

What about the joyous idea of exploration?
The childish notion of mixing two drinks together to create a third just to see what it tastes like?

thank you china, but I am not the one who needs to know about these elements.

I know exploration and curiosity gets you through most of the elements and some is basic knowledge, but there are some elements like PUMP and WIFI that are not explained in game.

Perhaps if you had an element selected and you dont know what it does and you've tried curiosity and it STILL doesn't work, you could have an in-game tab for each specific element explaining what it does.

People are too lazy to go to the website and go to the wiki, and on top of that, you don't want to be looking up EVERY element.

Pretty much every reason I started playing the game would be eliminated.

There is something so attractive about being thrown a bunch of stuff that you don't know about that combines in wacky fashions. Knowing the reactions kills that fun.
