    they must send an application first, then anyone can join. When you look at your profile, if you see under the groups column "Brilliant Minds of the Navy", then you are in the group.

    lol. It does have a Navy, Lieutenant Commander. And yes, like for war and stuff. Canada just doesnt get too involved in worldly politics.
