(Speed Up, Slow Down,Reverse, Forward) are the time tools i suggest. There could be four buttons under the FPS meter. Called this, 1)Speed, 2)Slow, 3)Reverse, 4)Forward, 5)Normal, 6)Record, 7)Start Over or shorter would be 1)Speed, 2) Slow, 3)Back, 4)Forw, 5)Norm, 6)Rec, 7)Restart  if you have any good suggestions about this let me know, and I thought of this by watching gas pour out of a circle and then thinking it would be cool if I could see that backwards. For example a tinier version of this but Time Controls, FF,Record and so on

The time tools I think would only work as FPS cap extenders. We can't force the system to go to a certain FPS level because systems vary. When you set the FPS cap as high as possible, it will take a lot of system resources.

As for the rewind options, that means setting a record option and having a folder dedicated to it. It's possible, but just remember these options will take a lot of memory and processing resources.

I can't even imagine the difficulty of coding that. It would pretty much involve rewriting the entire game from scratch just to implement these, since it would affect literally every reaction in the game.

I can't tell if you're talking about video recording or just slowing sand speeding up in general since the title and original post seem to be talking about different things. It's probably the first, so I'm just gonna say that you can do all of these in video editing software. If it's the second, then:

    1) & 2):I dont't think these is possible,at least on a whole save wise scale. Somewhere back then, there used to be a TIME element that did similar things, but I think it was either buggy or laggy. You can press F repeatedly though to get a similar effect to 2.

3):Don't think this is possible either. It'd be pretty cool though.

4):I don't get it.Is it skip a frame,or just go faster in general? Don't think either would be possible,at least without it being so laggy.

    5):Same thing.

    6):Press R.

7):Stop pressing R,CTRL+Z,or click on the Erase Everything button.
