So basicly me and this kid have been friends since grade 4, Now in year 8, and over the last few months i have treated him like Sh** and I don't know what to do.

He doesn't seem to want to spend time with me out of school now and he is now best friends with this other kid!

Today we went to the biketrack and towards the end my other friend started to bag his dad and I just laughed!

is there anyway to save this friendship or has the damage been done?
