Mycalex...a super insulator. Would be made from molten glass and clay. Insulates heat and electricty. Does not burn and can be melted under high temperature. Does not break under pressure.

MM1100 - Cream Colored - Max Temp 1100 F - 2.8 density

(max temp is about 593.33 C)

(I coppied that from a product list) :P

There is also MM1600...but it doesn't say much other than max temp 1600F and "NEW!!"

Because INSL Insulates heat and electricity as well, it is just a bit easy to burn.

my understanding is that this is like a INSL/TTAN Hybrid of sorts?

yes...really strong insulator.

EDIT: also comes in light and dark gray and different densities and temperature ratings

I real life the density would depend on how slowly it was cooled when produced. The temperature rating would depend on the %fillier.

This might be a bit hard to add in tpt though

Extra property should be to block ALL spark, i.e. you can't activate powered materials from PSCN encased in MYCX and doesn't let electrons spark a metal if there's MYCX blocking it. +1
