Why would RDUM be needed in TPT?

(Maybe) Useful for atomic bombs. However, it's not controlled - you can't turn off the 'neutron creation' of RDUM

note: RDUM sounds like rubidium (RBDM)-I suggest using the name 'RADM'

Maybe if you cool down, heat, pressurize or vacum the radium you can activate/de-activate the "neutron creation"
