Why so Many General Topics Threads?

    Lately I have been seeing a surge in annoying forum games like Bad Luck Bryan and Relations Game. Yesterday 7 of the 10 most recent threads where General! Why? Does anybody else think this is annoying? (Yes I know this is one as well :£ )

    I think the games are annoying, but general topics keep the forum alive and interesting (slightly).

    A forum is boring when it's strictly on topic. Loads of off-topic posts have been made lately and they all get posted on General.
