i know many of you have play'd with cornstarch as a kid and you know how it works right? well in powder toy cornstarch would work just like that! it will be a liquid untill its hit with force then it will be a solid for a second then the item will sink! sorry if this has ben said before

Hasn't been said before, but a bit to hard to code. May cause accidental moving solids.

well it wouldn't be hard, could just turn solid under certain pressure, but it seems kind of pointless other than being able to say "yay starch".

Yeah but useng that logic then most of the elements are pointless like whats the use of the new subzero flame?

very true, someone just needs motivation to make it, and starch doesn't sound or look as cool as cold flame. But it would be different because there is no liquid that goes solid under pressure.

Yeah. So would it be called STRCH or STRH or what? Also i think it could be milky white.

Technically it has been mentioned before by me as Newtonian Liquid :P

It could be made in one of two ways:
    1) Implement moveable solids
    2) Create as 2 elements, one solid and one liquid.

Go on then cracker seeing as your currently causing me segfaults, I'll let you have this one :P

I can have a go at coding it if you want

I'm going to guess your going to go for the second approach, let me know if you get stuck at all and how it goes.
