Top one same to the right bottom one
The left bottom one a bit different, the INSL between lower PSCN one and NSCN removed







Strange thing happened. upper one conduct SPRK normally while the lower one do not work tho they have the same distance to NSCN
Once the INSL between them removed, the lower one works
