Sound mod

This is a mod that Galacticfuzz and I have worked on. It isn't complete yet but it works!
I am using github (it rocks) for source management, so you can see other latest changes!
To play an MP3 file place "my.mp3" in the same folder as the program, then select SNDM from electronics and spark it with something other than NSCN!

There is no sound file with the code because you have to provide your own!
