A new Indestructible Element

Hello. I am wanting a new Element. I don't have a name yet for it. But here are the Details & Information.
Name: ENCD [Enchanted Diamond]. Please, If you have a better name, Note bellow!
Minimum Temperature: 22.00
Maximum Temperature: 22.00
Element is Indestructible. [Does not Cunduct heat or Electricity].
Class: Solids
Why I suggest this? This also Includes Uses!
Insulator can get destroyed, but doesn't Conduct heat or Electricity.
Diamond cannot get destroyed, But conducts heat.
Thats why I want this element: The element cannot get Destroyed, And cannot cunduct electricity and heat. Pressure cannot go trought.
Uses: Can used for reactors. No overheat or Electricity. For many buildings to make it more "Safe". To keep Dangerous elements safe like Oil. It can be Used for Logos.
Actually, It is a mix of Diamond, Titanium, and Insulator.
No, no walls. Walls are bigger and cannot get to smallest size. This is why I suggest This.

Another Idea [Another Element], Made by Box-Poorsoft. This fits with My Idea.
EXPD that has a ctype of many things. [Experimental Diamond]
EXPD(PUMP) Makes air pressure (adjustable) and indestructible.
EXPD(METL) Conducts electricity. Indestructible.
--You could probably make many "Ctyped Circuits" with this idea, and have them indestructible. Good for lasers, etc.

It has some uses. I support this idea, but i think it is not going to be added because you could do this by combining DMND and INSL, anyways i could use it myself.
Maybe not letting pressure trough could be added to it.
