Program feedback

I recently wrote my first header file and used it to create two programs. My opinion of the programs is bias so I'm hopping to get a second opinion on them. They're nothing fancy at all, but they're an accomplishment for me.
The link to the download of the programs is

*Use the D-pad to move in the Maze Game

These were both written in c++

I tried that once a while back but couldn't really understand much of anything with it and wasn't able to do much.

The maze game appears to be very laggy.

I fixed that, and for the fun of it I changed the equations for generating the length/height of the maze a little, I made it to where you couldn't move through the entrance anymore, and changed the icon(to a screenshot of the game).

You can walk through the outer, solid walls with the wall hack.
Found a bug: Level 4 I had to use walk-through-walls twice. Same in level 7 and 11 and 14.
Full screen works perfectly, and even extends how far you can see!
    It crashed on me :(

    Suggestions:
    Save/Load Game
Make it so that you don't have to scroll up and down, and that the view follows the player.
Maybe add some monsters, or hazards that make you restart.
At the end of each level, instead of 3,2,1 say something like Press ENTER to begin the next level.
