New tool in decorations layer: copy

In the decoration editor, there should be a copy tool that copys the decoration and not the elements behind.
Also there will be a paste tool(to paste the decor)
Use: its very annoying when users put the decoration on the wrong element and have to strip it down and start all over again

You should be able to see what element you're putting the decorations on unless there is already colour on them. Ctrl+z is also functional in the newer decorations editor. You could use the ordinary copy/paste and then use the console to change the elements if needed. Furthermore, with the newer more accessible format, the normal copying function is usable while the editor is in use, so there's no "space" for another copying system.
You could, however, suggest another keyboard shortcut that will only copy colour. Maybe Ctrl+shift+C? I'm sure a function like this will come into use quite frequently anyway, and I suppose it would just be nifty to have. -

It's still in beta mode, wait in see when it's a normal version go to The new terriable deco layer Jacob1 is thinking about keeping both.
