I just need to make a thread here about a terrible forum that I was on a while back.

I'm not going to post a link, as I've received huge, flamey, sweary insults from some of the worse users.

Basically, I was permabanned a while back from a forum. Most of the users were nice. Yet the ones with the most authority (i.e. higher post counts, some moderators, and very occasionally an admin) were the worst. They treated anyone who didn't conform perfectly as if they were a piece of cr*p. If you stepped out of line, or looked up to a respected person even slightly wrongly, you'd get a ban. And I had to tell them what they'd did to me. I didn't swear, just told them about how corrupt they were. What did I get? A permaban. Completely unfair. Ugh, I just had to get this out of my system. Mods/Admin: Feel free to delete this thread and give me a ban if you feel that I'm hating on them. I'm just furious at them, and need to get something out of my mind.

I've had some threats off them, so I'd feel really uncomfortable. I might add one later if they stop.

They don't need your permission to ban you, if a mod feels like banning you, he/she will probably ban you.

I know that. It's just that I don't see this as unfair in my eyes, yet my perspective on how I presented this may be much different from someone elses.
