I'm holding a bomb contest, that will be open very soon. As I said on the save, the rules are not said in description or save. Here are Terms & Conditions that you have to agree with so you can post a bomb, just in case flame wars happen about un-fairness and things they didn't get. Say 'AGREE' in comments if you agree, but please really think about it and read the whole contract.

.This bomb competition is going to be opened on the 22nd of April, 2012. It will last 8 days if we have over 5 people who agree. This contract will hopefully answer all your questions about this competition.

.First of all, you need to at least have 1 or 2 full bar saves, which are (no offensively) not noobish. That will show you have quite an experience of The Powder Toy.

.Also, the bomb will only be accepted if it gets past my 'Bomb Tester'. That way, it will at least have some 'strength'. Almost completed, not fully, is OK. The ID of the save needs to be told to me, and also, I will know if it is actually your save or not.

.Your logo (or username if no logo) will be pasted, so people know who have fully entered. I will make a sign that links to your bomb. These things are told so I dont copy your work.

.The bomb can be anything - radioactive (which is probably smartest because it is most heat & shock), explosive (like BOMB or DEST), or anything at all. The bomb can also be detonatable for more points.

.The votes will be fair; I'll vote for that I think (out of 5 points), and you guys vote (out of 5 points) as well. You HAVE to vote on another save from another competitor when you enter, and you CANT vote on your own.

.The bomb must not be oversized/big. It must be reasonably small. I'll be the judge of that.

.No GBMB or SING is aloud. Also, no indestructable things are aloud, including DMND or CLNE. Cloning things are aloud, like BCLN or PCLN, but just not CLNE because it cant be broken.

.Extra points if it is electronic-related.

.Final part of the contract; the prise is that you get ALL your saves 1+ by me, get to be in my group, and get a specially made logo that says [thepowderdustflame's Bomb Contest Competition Winner].
