    it's the definition of plasma

i also think radon might be a neat gas - gives off neutrons when under pressure like plutonoum but is a gas and doesn't explode/consume as easily

plasma is just a gas with a charge

it is a positive charge because the gas atoms/molecules have been ionized which means 1 or more electrons have been ejected because of the high quanta of energy

where have all the electrons gone? away to another dimension to organize a negative ions tea party?
due to the law of conservation of charge, the net charge of a generated plasma out of oxygen/nitrogen/hydrogen/helium/... has to be zero.

Thats not going to be a very 'positive' party is it? hehe
