PROP Element - PPTY

I think this could be extremely useful:
    Name: PPTY
    Color: White
Description: Allows users to set its Property Setter Settings by clicking it a second time. Whatever Predetermined element touches it will have its properties changed to that of PPTYs settings. I chose to put predetermined section so it won't just change the properties of every element touching it. By chosing predetermined elements, it will ignore all other elements. Maybe more slots are needed, but I'm guessing that would give it more lag, due to checking in 8 directions for 5 different elements, but idk, I just love the idea.

    Settings:
ALLOWED ELEMENTS - Users can choose up to 5 allowable particles. This also tells PPTY what particles it will ONLY change the properties of.
LIFE - # Value - Changes life of allowed element to the # entered.
TYPE - Changes element type to selected type.
CTYPE - Changes element ctype to selected CTYPE.
TMP - Changes TMP to # entered.
    TMP2 - Changes TMP2 to # entered.
VX - Changes vx to # entered.
VY - Changes vy to # entered.
TEMP - Changes TEMP to # entered. *My TEMP chart of # for 0.00C - 9922.00C will come in handy here!*
And it provides the same options as PROP Tool except it will to the changing for you instead of you doing it everytime with the PROP Tool.

The PROP Tool is for Selective Property Changing

    BUT

PPTY is for Automatic Predetermined Property Changing.

As another user said, I too would also prefer a Powered PPTY or PPRT

Uses: Automatic THDR Bullet maker when used with PCLN
Can make Permanent Spark Proof SHLD.
Can make SMALLER & HOTTER Lasers.

"TYPE - Changes element type to selected type."
How can you use TYPE? It's type must be PPTY.

There was a similar element suggested to this: EDIT.
I suggest you make PPTY powered :)

Just use PROP, I'm pretty sure it does the trick, CBA read first post fully, though.

Using PROP to set property of property setter? That's so meta.
Anyways, a "console" element, a "prop setter" element or any other of those are not probable, but examining the latter behaviour of TPT devs I believe with enough whining they'll be added anyhow.

No. PPTY gives particles that touch it the same property that PPTY has. It is not a tool and could be useful for: Heating lasers !set temp ppty 99999999, Compressing deut !set life ppty 9999999999, Making spng change direction; you would have a moving spng that follows a path to different pptys changing their direction, Making spng guns; You could clone the spng which then has its vx set so you dont have to use the console every time you make a new bullet, Making metl conduct faster and many more :)

    TO ALMOST EVERYONE:

No, ALMOST all of you have the wrong idea.

When the permitted Element passes PPTY, it will have its settings changed to the settings of PPTY.

It won't be changed to PPTY itself.

It's like CONV but it can not only change the type of whatever element that touches it, it can also change its tmp, tmp2, vx, vx, temp, life, and other settings.

You summed it up EXCEPT, it will set the Temp to 99999999, Life to 9999999999, Vx (or Vy) to -5, to all passing particles all at one time (UNLIKE THE PROP Tool, which changes propertys of individual elements independantly.

    Do you all understand now?
