I am not sure if anyone else has mentioned this but one of the first things I noticed when playing with the Powder Toy was how Hydrogen was created by combining Neutrons & Electons.
In the real world, this is not the case as "Hydrogen" has 1 Proton and 1 Electron without a Neutron at all. for Hydrogen to have a Neutron it would have to be "H2" but it would still require a Proton.
Just in case people were learning from this thinking Neutrons & Electrons make Hydrogen...
Ahh, I see what you mean now. I guess eventually I'll have to learn how to make my own mods if I want any extra realism.
In all honesty, I like TPT as it is and I can accept most of it not being over-realistic for practicality reasons. (I wouldn't say it "defied realism" though, some things are pretty realistic)
Now, if I wanted to get Real Picky (due to my OCD), I'd ask for Quarks and Gluons to be present. 2 Down and 1 Up Quark makes a Neutron (DDU) and 2 Up and 1 Down makes a Proton and a little introduction to Quantum Chromodynamics for explaining how Quarks change colour state through gluon interaction. But I'm just joking of course :)
@mniip Sorry I didn't know what ">" was as it's been several years since I was a Forum Monkey, even then we never gave single word answers prefixed with ">".
also I do know that the WYSIWYG editor isn't working on this PC so no green text for me...
@therocketeer I did use the search function and nobody seemed to realise it takes Protons and Electrons to make Hydrogen! It was gamax92 that made me realise what was implied in the end but thankfully this is all cleared up now.
@MusicalSamurai(View Post) I think you'll realise everyone knows protons and electrons make hydrogen, it's just you didn't realise that there are some very smart users on this forum. Aside from realising the logic, even if this idea was done, do you realise it will break saves?
