Where do I find a FREE visual studio and!

I can not afford to purchase VS nor can I find a free version
And the trial requires XP service pack 3 or above which I can not obtain.
Any free and compatible VS/VS like programs? -

I was told VS is the best way to put files (Like TPT Source files) and create a exe file.
Aka mods. -
=.= VS is horrible... Code::Blocks actually tends to work 99% of the time.

Is it not only c++ But regular c as well? :DDDDDDD and could you give or show me a quick tut on CB compiling files to exe? -
I don't know, maybe our wiki has it... TAKE A GODDAMN LOOK BEFORE ASKING. (sarcasm btw, the wiki does have it.)

Visual Studio is free, you just have to take the regular version and get a registration key by registrating ( For free ) -
