    - Read and handle reports.
    - Ban users
    - Stalk profiles and groups for amazing projects What?
    -Lurk the forums and "By date" are of the server
    Other than that it's really boring when there's absolutely no reports, threads without violations, and when you can't see any project being uploaded or violating the rules within the last 30 minutes or something.
