Bug: DLAY conducts through INSL.

    DLAY both receives and sends sparks through INSL:


    Also the DLAY range is slightly longer than a normal conductor - it is the same range as SWCH. This isn't really a problem (except when combined with the issue just mentioned), not sure if it's intentional or not.

    The conductivity through INSL is a problem, though.

    Build 132, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

    I'm butting heads with this issue again. Is this intentional, or a glitch? Can I rely on this behavior in future builds?

    I don't know either, maybe we should change it to be blocked by INSL and see if anyone complains.

    Range is probably intentional.
