here is the element suggestion guidelines from triclops200 inverted :
Since the new new elements page was getting too restrictive, I have decided to make a new page. THESE ARE NO RULES The idea behind The Powder Toy is innovation to MAKE everything possible,by more elements and realistic simulations.
WHAT TO SUGGEST -Elements that specifically have a use that may be used in a variety of circumstances. -Elements that follow the rules of chemistry, for example, elements that would ionize, bond, be different pH levels of acids/bases, etc. -Elements similar to ones we already have (TNT, for example, would be about the same as rubidium). TIPS -Attempt to keep your suggestion long and complicated , while still retaining the original purpose. -Code for elements is greatly appreciated. Check out the wiki at ________ to learn how to code your own element. -Please be respectful to the ideas of other users. -Do post off-topic comments, for free topics, -Your post is free,NO MODERATION ALLOWED !!!! Thanks to bchandark for guidlines:
ok,lets start free new elements!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and, please add lab elements.
I don't think you can do that (correct me if I'm wrong). Anyway, my element suggestion is an element that generates a certain frequency noise when a spark from contacting metal touches it. This is a noise that you can hear, not another grid in the powder toy.
I would like 3 new things added to the PT (in the electronics section), firstly an official resistor, I know lead is floating around in some mods and electricity flows through it very slowly, i think a resistor would be a nice addition. Next a delayer, but in solid form, electricity can only pass through it every several seconds to delay electrical signals (for example; to delay current for the refresh rate on LCD screens)(oh, maybe it could be quartz?). Finally, even though I've brought this one up several times in the past, i would still like to see a super conductor, something that can conduct electricity instantly like switch can when sparked from the right end when activated.
Deuterium(DEUT), Tritium(TRIT)Lithium(LITH) and Helium(He). I know this will need a lot of coding, but how about all this element to a nuclear fusion? This is all the reactions. Deuterium+Tritium+Plasma=a very high temperature plasma(new temperature barrier:5000C)+Helium.Lithium+Neutron=Tritium.And one more new element, called Lithium Deuteride (LID) formed by Deuterium+Lithium. For H-bomb,turned into fusion plasma when in 3500C
naruto123 Don't let me burst your bubble but there seems to be a disagreement with coding the powder toy to function in a realistic manner restraining the gameplay to very simple physics (bar electromagnetism/magnetism etc). PT physics is succinct, this allows for pretty much anyone with imagination to play and knowledge to code.
